Standard commercial and engineering service engagement terms with Arcnio.
1. Scope of Services
Arcnio provides professional technology services in artificial intelligence, robotics engineering, custom enterprise software development, mobile application development, and cybersecurity. Specific deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed contract, custom software, application code, and dedicated models developed specifically for a client become the client's property upon complete payment, subject to any retained core libraries or underlying third-party open-source components.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all business information, source code, data sets, and technical architectures as strictly confidential.
